Heading back to KC this evening. Looking forward to being home after the last few crazy days. It was great to see everybody again and meet a few new people. Kayla loved Michigan and is sad to leave but I think once we get home she will be OK.

On the road. Part 2.
Kayla has named my booklight Blaze (Tinkerbells adventure friend). She's so good in the car. Just sits back there entertaining herself. Hit a little snow in Indianapolis but seems to just blow around. T-4 hours until we are there

The Chiefs
Well the Chiefs lost their second game of the season yesterday. I didn't get to watch because I was working, but heard it was pretty exciting. Really hoping they can at least make the playoffs this year.

Lost kitty
This little Kitty was found Sunday meowing under our deck. She walked in the house like it was hers ate some food and curled up on the couch. We really do need to find her a permanent home that is not ours, but she's just so cute and sweet I am getting slightly attached.

My birthday girl
Spent the day with my birthday girl. We did Build-a-bear in the morning with dad and had lunch. Went to the park to fly her kite she got for her birthday from her friend Sophie but Kayla was to afraid of losing it in a tree or it flying away to the moon to actually fly it. We opened presents at Gaga's house with her birthday buddy Papa and ate chineese dinner (her favorite). In the words of Kayla "Best day ever".

Kaylas 5th Birthday party
Kayla and her friends had a blast at the skating rink. They had training bars to help them thank goodness! I wish I had more pictures but it got a little hectic after GaGa fell down and had to go home.

Trying this again
I tried this 4 years ago. It was really fun to go back and look at them and see Kayla, the house, and what we were doing.
In 2014 I am going to try to get as many of 365 as as I can. May get a few random ones in before to get in the habbit and try out the Blogger app. Hopefully the app will make it easier to post pictures and therefore it will get done through the year.
